Mercy Without Limits’ orphan sponsorship program is designed to guarantee the wellbeing of each child in our care. Our sponsorship program stands out from others in that we provide children in our care with extensive support, including food, shelter, clothing, healthcare services, education, school supplies, psychological support, recreational activities, and even parental education for their widowed mothers – all for just $60/month. You can also choose to sponsor an orphan and their siblings, to ensure every child in the family is provided for. Our program guarantees orphans the opportunity to thrive and grow into empowered, educated, and dedicated members of their community.

As the only providers of their families, widows are responsible for caring for their children as well as their own well-being without the help of a partner. MWL facilitates programs that ensure widows have food, shelter and basic necessities for them and their orphaned children.

We also provide vocational training for widows to develop skills they can use to attract revenue and help others. Your contributions can help our resilient women learn sewing, soap production, food production and hair dressing. Our workshops teach widows skills that will allow them to attain self-sufficiency and gain control over their lives. 

Your support can also help sustain a widow and her children in the meantime. Providing food baskets or sponsoring one of her orphans helps ease her worries while she gets her life back on track.

MWL supports informal K-12 schools in Syria by providing them with educational supplies, teacher salaries, and building maintenance (such as heaters and even solar panels) so students continue having access to quality schooling. For communities with access to formal schools, MWL subsidizes school tuition costs and provides scholarships. 

By donating towards our education initiative, you will be providing students with access to schooling and supplies to ensure they achieve academically and continue to develop towards becoming independent adults who can enrich their families and communities. Your donation towards our K-12 appeal will help build schools in struggling communities and settlements of displaced refugees.

MWL is currently providing higher education academics to over a thousand students in Palestine, Türkiye and Syria and with your support we can provide to thousands more. MWL has sponsored 2 universities, 18 institutes, and 28 colleges in Aleppo and Gaziantep.

Food baskets are a favorite donation option for our supporters during Ramadan, but are available to donate towards throughout the year.

Each food basket contains enough food to prepare meals for up to a month for a family of 5.

Our team packs and distributes food baskets in every country we serve, and they are always greatly appreciated by parents in need and their children.

For many around the world this basic human right has been undermined due to natural disasters, conflict, poverty, and social circumstances.

To address this cause, MWL constructs large-scale water infrastructure projects that enable direct access to safe water and sanitation for thousands of people in affected communities. Our goal is to drastically decrease the number of people dying from contaminated water and unsanitary conditions.

Our teams construct deep electrical and manual tube water wells for impoverished communities throughout South Asia and Africa.

Tube wells are manual, hand pump water wells that serve around 40 families. Deep wells feature automatic faucets and serve around 100 families. We educate local community members on the technical maintenance of the wells and equipment for long-term sustainability; and provide training to the communities we serve on using resources to achieve proper sanitary conditions.

Should you choose to build a well, it takes about 3-4 months to be completed. Once your well is built, you will receive videos and photos of it being used, along with the GPS coordinates of your well.

Taking care of communities struggling with poverty is our main goal; and the importance of providing them with healthcare cannot be overstated. As of 2023, our humanitarian efforts have allocated and distributed over 1.4 million dollars’ worth of aid towards healthcare programs. 

Over the years, MWL has supported multiple health and wellness projects around the world. With the help of our generous donors, we’ve established five dental clinics in Northern Syria, we’ve supported health facilities in Eastern Ghouta, we’ve funded salaries for staff at Ain Albaeda hospital, we supplied Al-Ikhaa hospital in Idlib with equipment and medicine, we distributed oxygen kits in hospitals in Jordan during the Covid-19 pandemic, and we helped establish the Yemen Academic Hospital; among many other projects.  

Following the deadly earthquakes in February 2023, our team supplied 100,000 liters of fuel to hospitals in Northern Syria and secured 20 million dollars’ worth of medicine and medical equipment for healthcare facilities in the region.  

As part of our flagship program, our orphan sponsorships ensure orphans receive consistent healthcare, including two check-ups per year. We’ve been able to support thousands of children in need with medical care; and work to continuously spread our reach and provide these services to even more orphans around the world.

Our team has maintained an office in Izaz, Syria for over a decade. We began much of our work helping displaced families by providing them with shelter, food and necessities. Our team has also assisted those who’ve lost their homes by building physical homes, paving roads and providing schools to orphans and children in need in Syria. With many employees working in Northern Syria, we’ve been able to bring aid to many communities.

Since the devastating earthquakes to strike Syria and Turkiye in February, 2023, MWL has been focusing much of our efforts on providing shelter to earthquake victims. With the support of our generous donors, we’ve been able to supply fuel to hospitals to keep them functioning even through disaster. We’ve also repaired and restored the water system in the city of Jenderes in Northern Syria, which supplies water to around 17,000 people daily.
