EMERGENCY SHELTER
A HOME IS
WHERE HOPE IS BUILT
Communities worldwide have lost their homes in seconds. Natural disasters and conflicts forcibly evacuate thousands of civilians—who now have no place to call their home. For $500, MWL provides an emergency tent for all those in immediate need of shelter.
A home is a safe haven - one free from conflict and destruction.
With millions needing to flee their homes due to disaster, it is difficult to feel safe. Since the devastating earthquakes, thousands of Syrians and Turks are left to fend for themselves for shelter in the harsh winter cold. A recent fire in Bangladesh has caused already displaced Rohingya refugees to flee once again, looking for shelter amongst uncertainty and anxiety.
MWL understands the importance of having a safe home in times of crises. We have developed programs to provide emergency tents and housing for those displaced from natural disasters or conflicts. Our tents include electricity, mattresses and other housing utensils to provide a safe and reliable living space.

DONATERealizing relief for the Rohingya.
Cox’s Bazaar, Bangladesh is home to the world’s largest refugee camp. With makeshift shelters and a lack of resources, any support you can provide is life-changing.
Our team in Bangladesh strives to provide Rohingya families with basic necessities, along with education for their children.
Bangladesh is home to the world’s largest refugee camp in Cox’s Bazaar. With around 1.24 million Rohingya refugees inhabiting the camp, there is a consistent need for aid. Many of the shelters are falling apart and with an enormous population, there is a dire lack of access to food and basic necessities. MWL has an office and a team based in Bangladesh to help those in need in refugee camps by providing and distributing resources, along with ensuring education for children in need.
