LET’S REBUILD OUR SCHOOLS

Education Support

Rebuilding Syria Through Learning

Since the outbreak of the popular revolution against the oppressive sectarian regime in Syria in 2011, the education sector in Syria has witnessed a significant collapse, leaving a deep impact on an entire generation of children and youth. More than 2.4 million children inside Syria are out of school due to the devastation of schools, displacement, poverty, and child labor. Over 7,000 schools have suffered direct or partial damage or have been rendered completely out of service due to shelling or repurposing for non-educational uses.

We will undertake a humanitarian initiative to build and renovate schools, granting our children the opportunity to learn and thereby participating in building Syria’s future and prosperity.

The school construction project in Damascus will be an endowment, where the revenues from the school will cover the needs of a developmental institution that cares for orphans, providing educational, psychological, and medical support, as well as various services for their families. We will also renovate several schools in Damascus and its countryside, making them suitable for our children and ensuring the continuity of their educational and social process.
